Laura Taylor
FOUNDER
Laura has been leading PODD workshops since completing her certification in 2014 with PODD creator Gayle Porter. Laura has significant experience in K-12 education. She has been a classroom teacher, teacher-consultant, and assistive technology consultant with the Charlevoix-Emmet Intermediate School District in Michigan and a Technology Integration and Communication Specialist for the State of Michigan. She earned her B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from Michigan State University, and her Master of Arts degrees in Early Childhood Education and Educational Technology from Grand Valley State University.
David Taylor
FOUNDER
David works on the quality side of TEC. He began toting PODD resources full time in 2019. David spent the bulk of his career teaching science and math at the middle school level. He earned his BS in Environmental Issues and BA in Science Education from Michigan State University, and his Masters in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University. He is a student of the management principles of W. Edwards Deming. (He must be on the boat!)
